Episode #2 - Listen To Your Soul

Hayley Loewen Episode 2 The Wise Woman Within Podcast

In this episode we talk about getting to know who you are by returning to your child likeness. We are taught “how to be” but we are not taught to listen to who we are.

In this episode:

-Learn ways to listen to your intuition.

-Let go of limiting beliefs and the ongoing stories that no longer serve you.

-Remember who were as a kid and get back to the playfulness, mindfulness, and intuition.

-Release the societal labels to know who you are.

Hayley Loewen is an Intuitive Life Coach, owner of I Am Blessed Mala Beads, Yoga Teacher and Psychic Medium. She was born to help women find their true selves. She lived most of her life being the person others wanted her to be. Whether that was family beliefs or societal pressure, Hayley tried to follow “the norm” until it caused her to crumble into a million pieces. Figuring out how to put herself back together again was a challenge. Being a sensitive empath and intuitive she heard a call to take Yoga Teacher training. Through this training she discovered how to fully listen to herself. After learning and practicing mindfulness, intention setting and developing her intuition she found herself again. Hayley knew that she wasn't alone in her feeling of being out of touch with her truth. It became her mission to help women find theirs through listening to their souls once again.

A little snippet from The Wise Woman Within - Listen To Your Soul #2

Hello Wise Women, it is Hayley Loewen here and I am so excited to be talking about your intuitive abilities. Your intuition is a space that holds so much information. It is that space that resides in your souls that is aching to be heard.

So, when I think about intuition I think about me as a child when things used to come to me really really easily and we didn’t judge what came through. Now you might not remember this side of you but when you look at children you can see that there is not much thought in some of the actions that they do and sometimes they just pick things up really easily and you kind of wonder how did they know that? I didn’t teach them that? I know with my daughter she it two and a half and she will pick something up and know exactly what to do.

It was amazing we recently went to Cultus lake. It is a lake in the Chilliwack area near Vancouver BC, Canada. My husband is a river kayaker. I tried it a couple times but it wasn’t my thing. The rapids scare the crap out of me. But I enjoy being in a kayak. My husband loves it. It is like deep within his heart and soul and that is actually where he meditates. Moving meditation is huge and I am sure I will talk about it more in another podcast. What we does was at Cultus Lake there were some kayaks that we could take out and test. There was a child kayak and Willow our daughter wanted to try it. So we put her in a kayak and immeditately she picked up the paddle and knew how to use it.
